Story: Veera Babu, a new police constable, gets sent to Lambasingi, a rural area in Andhra Pradesh, for his first job. He falls in love with a girl named Haritha. But things get tense when Naxalites, a militant group, kill a local politician. Veera Babu starts investigating and discovers Haritha has a secret past. He wonders if she’s involved in the politician’s murder. The movie tells the story of what happens next, revealing all the details.
Plus Points: Divi Vadthya does a great job in her first lead role, showing she’s versatile as an actress. She brings depth to her character, making the movie more enjoyable.
Actor Veera Babu, in his first movie, has some good moments. Also, a few songs by R R Dhruvan are really well-made.
Minus Points: The story is not very original and feels like something we’ve seen before. It doesn’t bring anything new or exciting. The writing isn’t strong enough to keep us interested, and it becomes boring and predictable after a while. Even though there’s a surprising twist at first, the second half of the movie follows a very typical plot seen in many other films.
The movie doesn’t do a good job of showing off Lambasingi, a beautiful place in Andhra Pradesh. It misses the chance to capture its beauty on screen.
Also, the lip-syncing, especially with Divi’s character, isn’t consistent, which can be distracting. Many characters aren’t well-developed, so the performances from the rest of the cast feel weak.
Technical Aspects: Naveen Gandhi had a good idea for the story, but the way it was done in the movie could have been better. If they had spent more time improving the script, it could have made the movie much better.
The music playing in the background doesn’t really stick with you, and the way the movie was filmed doesn’t show off the beautiful scenery like it should. But the editing is okay, and the overall quality of the production is alright
Verdict: Overall, Lambasingi doesn’t stand out from other movies with similar stories. Even though Jai Bharat Raj and Divi Vadthya act well, and there are some good songs, the movie isn’t unique. The story doesn’t make much sense, and the characters aren’t well-developed. If you want to watch something interesting, it’s better to look for other options.
